Nearly A Dozen San Bernardino County Sheriff's Deputies Punch Kick Beat Tase Man Who Was Surrendering And Laying Face Down

[LOS ANGELES] April 10, 2015. Yesterday 11 San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies were caught on WPXI Pittsburg news cameras beating a man who was a suspect in a stolen horse case. The man was identified by the Los Angeles Times as Francis Pusok, 30. Pusok was shown on the news media’s broadcast riding a horse. The sheriffs were also closing in nearby. Pusok got off the horse laid flat on the ground with his hands stretched on the ground above his head. He appeared clearly to be surrendering. One deputy however is seen moving in on the suspect. He had his Taser drawn and quickly discharged it on Pusok causing him to roll over on his side presumably in pain. The second deputy approaching is seen on the broadcast kicking Pusok in the groin. Then at least nine other officers arrived and the beatings, punching and kicking went on for two minutes WPXI reported. The video is here.
