Confederate Flag and American Flag Carrying KKK Protest in Anaheim Ends in Stabbings - Melee - KKK Members Exiting Vehicles Attacked By Counter Protestors - KKK Use Flagpoles to Stab Protestors
Anaheim California’s police department’s Public Information Officer Daron Wyatt explained that KKK members drove up to Pearson Park in a black SUV and “a group of the counter protestors immediately attacked them as they exited the vehicle. That resulted in a stabbing” near a fire hydrant when a KKK member used his flag pole to stab a counter protestor. Officer Wyatt went on to say “the victim as you can see from the scene lost a lot of blood and had punctures. I don’t know who they [KKK] all are. I do know that at least two of them are known to us and have appeared at past events and are from the local area. They actually made a phone call and was interviewed by the OC Weekly.”
More than 10 people were arrested including some of the KKK members.
PIO Daron Wyatt described the KKK counter protest melee that occurred in Anaheim California a city that once had members of the city council who were open KKK members.
Several dozen counter protestors arrived at Pearson Park, located about one mile from Disneyland, as early as 10:30 in the morning. PIO Wyatt described the KKK members as being “both men and at least one woman” and they were scheduled to start their rally in the park at 1:30 pm.
